| Nature's Nurse - Rapid Recovery Herbal Family Rub
Size: 100ml and 50ml tubes
Dosage: Rub liberal amount gently over bruised, sore or injured area. Reapply as frequently as required, at least four times in 24 hour period, or more often if desired. Continue using until condition improves. Provides support as part of RICE injury care process (Rest, Ice/Arnica, Compress, Elevate). Contains Arnica 5% (50mg/g), MSM 5% (50mg/g) Lavender 2% (20mg/g).
Contra: A very small % of people have an allergic reaction to Arnica and other plants in the Compositae family – consists of localized itching, reddening and irritation, with small red bumps, which clears if Arnica cream use is discontinued. Patch test on inside wrist if arnica allergy known. Discontinue in the unlikely event of rash or allergic reaction. Do not apply to open wounds or infected areas. Avoid contact with eyes or lips. Seek medical advice if symptoms worsen. Always read label and use only as directed.
