Dosage: 4-8 drops as required in vaporiser or burner (with water if using a candle burner), 4-10 drops into hot bath (blended in 1Tbl of milk or carrier oil to assist dispersion - agitate well), 3-5 drops into carrier oil for massage.
Contra: Do not use if pregnant. Always seek professional advice if you suffer from any medical condition.
