Dosage: 1-2 level teaspoons (2g) per day, depending on individual needs

Contra: Do not take Chlorella at the same time of day as prescription
medication. Please seek the advice of a qualified healthcare
professional if you are combining Chlorella with essential
medication (due to the cleansing nature of Chlorella it may
remove medication from the body sooner than necessary). Some
people can initially experience changes in bowel motions,
headaches, spots, tiredness and generally feel unwell during the
early stages of a cleanse. These can be signs that your body is
responding to the cleansing and detoxification process by
elimination. They should subside and, in time, be replaced with a
feeling of lightness, increased energy and enhanced well being.
In the very rare case of vomiting or nausea or if intestinal pain or
constipation continues, then discontinue use and seek healthcare
advice.
