Dosage: Apply liberally to the affected area 3 or 4 times a day as required.

A higher strength cream to assists the body’s response to injuries and bruising. Helps normal muscle recovery after strenuous exercise or exertion.
In case of broken skin use Arnica in oral form i.e., Arnica plus oral spray or Arnica 30c (liquid or tablets) or Accident Relief (oral spray or tablets) and Healmed Relief Cream, externally.
Ingredients: Tinctures of Arnica and Hamamelis.
