Dosage: Apply liberally to the affected area 3 or 4 times a day as required.

Assists the body’s natural response to injury and bruising and aids normal muscle recovery after strenuous exercise or exertion.
In case of broken skin use Arnica in oral form i.e., Arnica 30c (liquid or tablets) or Arnica plus oral spray or Accident Relief (oral spray or tablets) and Healmed Relief Cream, externally.
Ingredients: Tincture of Arnica.
