Size: 50, 90 and 200 tablets
Dosage: Adults: Take 1 - 2 tablets daily.
Women: Take 2 - 3 tablets daily during menopause. Or as directed by your healthcare professional. Calcium Ultra tablets are manufactured with a mid-point break line, so the tablet can be snapped in half for easy swallowing.
Contra: Always read the label. Take only as directed. MEDICINE INTERACTIONS: If taking tetracycline or quinolene antibiotics,
bisphosphonates (osteoporosis drugs) or thyroid hormone; separate doses by at least 2 hours. Calcium, zinc and magnesium may reduce the absorption and efficacy of these medications. If taking prescription medication or if in doubt, consult your healthcare professional. Complementary products:

Calcium Ultra is a high potency formula in the correct 2:1 ratio of Calcium and Magnesium containing 320mg of elemental Calcium per tablet.
Calcium supports and promotes healthy bones and teeth. As we age we find it harder to absorb Calcium due to lower stomach acid production. Calcium Citrate is used, as it is an easy form of Calcium to absorb, even in reduced stomach acid. Elderly and menopausal women require higher levels of Calcium.
