Size: 84 Tablets
Dosage: Adults: Take 1 whole tablet three times daily before meals with a small amount of liquid.
Children (1 - 10 years): 1 Tablet per day.
Always read the label. Use only as directed.
Contra: Should not be taken in rare cases of excess iron (haemochromatosis) in the body or in cases of chronic abnormal breakdown of red blood cells.
