Dosage: 20-40ml twice daily on an empty stomach, approx. 30 min before meals

Contra: Always take aloe vera on its own or with water, separately from medication for best results. In extreme cases Lifestream Biogenic aloe vera may affect blood sugar levels so if you are diabetic and particularly if you are taking medication to control your blood sugar levels, be aware that combining your medication with aloe vera may make your medication more effective or you may find that your blood sugar levels change.
