Dosage: 3 tablets daily, divided with meals, or 1 tablet with each meal.
Contra: This product may cause a laxative effect. If this occurs, decrease the dose. Customers taking this product for the first time should begin with a smaller dose then gradually increase the dosage to the suggested amount or to an amount he or she feels comfortable with.
