We are very easy to find, located on the left hand side of the one way street heading west and there is always plenty of parking either on the roadside, in front or at the rear of the shop

Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm
We stock a large range of vitamins, minerals, herbs, homeopathics, sports nutrition and natural skin and hair care products. Our staff are enthusiastic, friendly, helpful, highly trained and can offer the best advise to our customers.
We also have an onsite clinic where we offer full naturopathic services four days a week, also massage, healing touch, chinese reflexology and manual lympthatic drainage. All our practitioners are highly qualified and are available by appointment only.
