Green Berry Smoothie

It's so quick and easy and the variety can be huge depending on what fruit and superfoods you have in the kitchen.


Spinach & Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 3-4 med sized spinach leaves, chopped
  • 2 tsp of Lifestream Essential Greens
  • 1/3 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1/2 banana sliced
  • Enough water to make your smoothie as thick or thin as you like

Method:

Put all ingredients in your blender and mix until smooth.

Note: This recipe uses a Nutribullet, it is fantastic and blends everything really well. If using a normal blender you may need to blend the spinach and a bit of water first, then add the other ingredients to make sure you aren’t chewing leaves as you drink your smoothie.
