May be used as a healthy alternative to other oils for baking and frying, in blended drinks such as smoothies, or spread on toast in place of butter or margarine. As the oil cools it hardens but in warm temperatures in may become a liquid


The saturated fats found in coconut oil are chemically different to those found in animal products. In coconut oil are predominantly healthy medium chain fatty acids including 50% lauric acid which supports weight management, healthy cholesterol and energy levels. 

Coconut oil is a healthy option that can be easily incorporated into your daily diet and is successfully used as an alternative to other vegetable oils in cooking or baking or to replace butter or margarine as a delicious spread. Additionally it can be used in a smoothie to jump start your dayor to add to curries and stir-fries for a sensational flavour.
