Bone Health

As we age bone health becomes more important, as wear and tears as well as depletion in bone strength makes bone more brittle and susceptible to breaks and fractures. However, often overlooked are the need teenages have for bone health support; as the go through growth spurts, bone growth can happen rapidly and painfully in some cases. 

Staying active and in particular doing some form of resistance (weight) training is one of the best things to do to help keep bone strength but sometimes a supplement may support to provide the critical building blocks for bone structure. Most commonly supplemented for bone health is Calcium, Vitamin D3 and Magnesium but also boron, manganese, Vitamin K and Zinc can also support the maintenance of healthy bone.
