Winter's Ill's and Chills

Kids are always getting sick, and they seem to attract bugs and viruses all the time, through school and play contact.

Most of the time these pass very quickly and it's all about growing a child's immune system to the worlds little gremlins. We can however support children, especially during the winter months, by providing them with good nutrition and a diet high in fresh fruit and veges. However if this is not always possible then we can supplement a diet with extra vitamin C and supporting herbs and minerals, to help keep the dreaded winter lurgy at bay.
