I have been a big fan of Omega 3. After taking these for 2-3 days, my skin looked more plump and dehydration seemed to have disappeared! Love this product. I took one star out this isn't very affordable.

Dosage:

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily. Can be taken anytime, with food or on an empty stomach. Or as directed by your Healthcare Professional.
