Gluten Free

Product containing gluten can adversely affect many people, resulting in bloated tummies, indigestion, flatulence, diarrhoea and stomach pain. Although many people self-diagnose celiac disease, it is in fact not that common. However many people may suffer from “gluten intolerance” whereas sufferers may have some symptoms of these ailments but their tolerance varies. If you wish to reduce gluten from your diet, it is not only wheat you have to be mindful of; think BROWS – Barley, Rye, Oats, Wheat and Spelt.

Also note that the products listed here are certified ‘gluten free’, but that does not mean products not here are not gluten free. It just means they have not been fully produced in a gluten free environment.
