I’ve been taking 1teaspoon in a glass of water, 3 times a day, to help improve my overall health. Took a week or so to get used to the taste, but I’ve found if I put it in ice cold water, the taste isn’t so bad. I’m using this in conjunction with other supplements and a lifestyle change to combat fibromyalgia and are starting to notice its benefits already. I did order this from the website, rather than purchase in store and it arrived extremely well packaged.

Brought this product from your shop, absolutely love the flavour and have found my energy levels have improved so much from within 1 week. Take 1 tsp with 250ml water twice daily.
