Garlic as a herbal extract has commonly been used for many ailments, the most common include high blood pressure, high cholesterol, coronary heart disease, heart attack, “hardening of the arteries" (atherosclerosis) and the immune support.

However garlic has many other benefits to all over the body from bacterial to fungal infections. Garlic can be used all year round, but as an immunity booster garlic can be especially beneficial during the winter ills and chills season.  Garlic produces a chemical called allicin (this makes garlic smell)  and some products are made “odorless” by aging the garlic, so there's no 'garlic breath'.
