I Love Magnesium!
Would recommend - no

I would recommend magnesium to everyone! Its amazing, i take this before bed and I wake up every morning ( even after a terrible sleep) feeling rested! It relaxes my whole body so it feels rested and ready to go. This magnesium is an excellent buy price and quantity and it does the job. Taking this every night I no longer get any period symptoms, no cramps or aches anymore! No warning that I'm even getting it! Love love love it! Buy it!!
