Turmeric

Turmeric root, called curcumin has been labelled a product that may provide anti-inflammatory support to those who suffer from acute discomfort, especially joint and muscular and joint ache. 

Turmeric has also been traditionally used for the discomfort against arthritis, heartburn (dyspepsia), stomach pain, diarrhea, intestinal gas, stomach bloating, loss of appetite, jaundice, liver problems and gallbladder disorders. Turmeric can also benefit the cardiovascular and immune systems along with brain function and can also be used as a pain reliever. 

This is all due to the fact that turmeric may decrease swelling in inflamed areas of the body.
