HOW TO KICK START YOUR WEIGHT MANAGEMENT GOALS

1. Have an achievable goal – work step by step and monitor your progress

2. Plan your eating so you can achieve a balanced diet – cut out processed food and refined sugars, and eat plenty of fresh vegetables

3. Plan your exercise – ease into it and challenge yourself

4. Drink at least two litres of water everyday (not including tea and coffee)

5. Limit your intake of caffeinated drinks, replacing them with green tea where possible

6. Be your own best friend! Encourage and reward yourself for each milestone (with gifts, not food).
