It’s easy to make your own healthy version of a summer treat at home by utilising fresh fruit, a small amount of honey or maple syrup and Musashi Electrolytes to help keep you hydrated on hot days!

METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a blender and mix well until smooth
  2. Pour the fluid into a silicone popsicle mold and transfer to the freezer 
  3. Freeze for a minimum of 4-6 hours, or overnight if possible
