


It’s easy to make your own healthy version of a summer treat at home by utilising fresh fruit, a small amount of honey or maple syrup and Musashi Electrolytes to help keep you hydrated on hot days!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups frozen blueberries, strawberries or blackberries
- 2 10g scoops Musashi Electrolytes – blue raspberry or watermelon flavour
- ¼ cup warm water
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup
METHOD
- Combine all ingredients together in a blender and mix well until smooth
- Pour the fluid into a silicone popsicle mold and transfer to the freezer
- Freeze for a minimum of 4-6 hours, or overnight if possible
