Organic spirulina & coconut balls

These blue-green algae balls are a source of complete plant-based protein, and are an immune-boosting superstar!

Time to make: 10 minutes            Makes: 10-12 balls

INGREDIENTS


1 cup organic raw cashews
1 cup organic coconut flakes
3/4 cup organic dates
2 tbsp organic coconut oil
1 tbsp Lifestream Bioactive Spirulina Balance
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla powder
Pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS


Blend nuts in a food processor until coarsely ground.
Add the rest of the ingredients, and blend to combine.
Roll mixture 
into balls and refrigerate.

 

Eat and enjoy!
