Raw cashew cheese

Soft, spreadable and delicious, this easy, creamy, vegan cheese is infused with lemon and garlic for an extra-cheesy flavour, plus Lifestream B Complex for added energy.
Time to make: 20 minutes                   Makes: 1 ½ cups



  • Place cashews in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Set aside for 15 minutes.
  • Once soaked, drain cashews and add to food processer with oil, B complex powder, calcium powder, lemon juice, garlic and salt. Process until creamy and smooth. Adjust seasonings as needed.
  • Use a spatula to remove from food processor, put in glass jar and refrigerate. Serve chilled with crackers or vegetables. Eat and enjoy!
