Harker Herbals Chest Relief Day comes in a natural peppermint flavour, is free from gluten, dairy, alcohol and preservatives, is suitable for adults and young adults over 12 years, and can be taken long term.

  • Take the recommended dose by age group:

    Over 12 years: Support for settled airways: Take 5mls up to three times per day.
    Acute support: Take 5mls up to every three hours if experiencing significantly dry tickly airways.

    Can be taken long-term.

  • Each 5ml dose contains,

    PELARGONIUM extract equivalent to dry root 376mg
    MARSHMALLOW extract equivalent to dry root 610mg
    RIBWORT extract equivalent to dry leaf 882mg
    IVY extract equivalent to dry leaf 240mg
    GRINDELIA extract equivalent to dry leaf 340mg
    LICORICE extract equivalent to dry root 244mg

    In a syrup base of chicory root fibre, vegetable glycerine,
    natural flavours, citric acid and water.
