Weleda Arnica Heat Rub provides strong, warm and long acting for the relief of chronic joint and muscle pain, old sports injuries, chronic back pain and frozen shoulder.

Made from natural ingredients, Heat Rub allows improved movement and mobility by 'heating' the inflamed area, providing discomfort relief from joint and muscular pain.

  • Gently massage a small amount into the affected area twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
