Delivery

We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. 

Standard delivery across New Zealand typically arrives within 5–7 business days.

All orders include tracking information so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused, unopened products in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number.

Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't match what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days with photos.

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
