BePure Cycle Calm is a nourishing blend of herbs and nutrients to support healthy regular ovulatory cycles and hormonal wellbeing throughout your menstrual cycle.

CycleCalm contains Vitex for ovulation support, Piperine for blood sugar control and liver health and Ashwagandha for stress support and emotional resilience throughout your cycle. BePure CycleCalm is suitable for anyone over 18 through to perimenopause. A helpful supplement to support for those with endometriosis, emotional PMS symptoms, cramping, irregular periods and low energy levels across the month.

CycleCalms' key ingredients include,

Ashwagandha - An adaptogen that helps to support nervous system balance.

Piperine - Supports blood sugar balance and protects against NAFLD and Hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol levels).

Vitex agnus-castus - Encourages communication between the pituitary in the brain and the ovaries by lowering prolactin. This leads to progesterone production and improves the quality of corpus luteum.

Vitamin B6 - Has been found to support emotional symptoms of PMS including depression, irritability and tiredness.

Dosage

Adults (ages 18+): Take 2 capsules daily with or without food prior to midday, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

I'm trying to conceive, should I take CycleCalm?

CycleCalm is great for supporting fertility as it nourishes the ovaries and supports healthy egg development and ovulation. However, it isn't recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding, so if or when you find out you are pregnant, simply stop taking CycleCalm and switch to BePure Mum's One; a quality prenatal. If you are undergoing IVF or IUI we don’t recommend CycleCalm.
I’ve just come off hormonal contraception (eg the pill) should I take Cycle Calm?

It's best to wait 2-3 months after coming off hormonal contraception (such as the pill, rod, Mirena and Depo injection) before starting CycleCalm, to allow your body some time to get back into its natural hormonal rhythm. In the meantime, we recommend nourishing your body with BePure One to replenish your stores of key vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

Is CycleCalm allergy-friendly?

What age is CycleCalm suitable for?

CycleCalm is recommended for those 18+. If your teen is experiencing irregular periods, PMS symptoms or other hormonal issues this may simply be their body calibrating to its new requirement to run a monthly hormonal cycle, which can last all through their teens. If they are experiencing cystic acne, extremely heavy bleeding or life-impacting cramping we’d recommend visiting a doctor.
Is CycleCalm safe to take while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Unfortunately not, CycleCalm is not recommended during these phases.
