Fermented Ashwagandha: Calm, relaxed energy & resilience Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic herb traditionally used to support the body's ability to cope with everyday stress. Calm & Brave contains Fermanolideâ„¢ fermented Ashwagandha, developed to provide highly bioavailable active withanolides for
enhanced absorption.

Paraprobiotic benefit: Fermanolideâ„¢ contains postbiotics - beneficial microbial cells derived from the fermentation process that remain stable without needing to stay live.
