  • Adults (13 years +): Take 6 capsules daily at night before bed

    Children 9 – 13 years: 3 – 6 capsules

    Children 4 – 8 years: 2 capsules

    For best results take the recommended dose for a minimum of one month and ongoing.Children’s dosage changes depending on age and nutritional needs. If needed, capsules can be opened and added to diluted juice or water before bed.

    Tart Cherry Skin Concentrate – 450mg.
    Magnesium (as Magnesium Citrate and Magnesium Phosphate)
    - equivalent to Elemental Magnesium – 400mg.
