Mega Magnesium Powder provides support for muscle tone and healthy muscle function, especially tense and tight muscles during times of stress. It also supports muscle relaxation, energy production and may help ease discomfort during the premenstrual period. 

  • Take one heaped scoop (11gm) in 200 mL of water twice daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.

    Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate 3,000mg

    - equiv. elemental Magnesium 300mg

    Taurine 3,000mg

    Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 300mg

    Calcium Hydrogen Phosphate 290.4mg
