Each serving provides 1000mg of vitamin C, ensuring support for a healthy immune system, iron absorption, and general health and well-being.

Adults: (including pregnant women) Take 1 sachet daily with food, or as professionally advised. Children (12 years and older): Take ½ sachet daily with food.
