Spearmint Essential Oil is useful to support nausea, indigestion, asthma, exhaustion, fevers, flatulence, headache and scabies.

  • Massage abdomen in clockwise direction with 5 drops in 10mls carrier oil. Directly inhale few drops from tissue. 20 drops in 200mls water shaken well for air freshener. 4-6 drops in vaporiser. Few drops in bath to invigorate & restore.
