Superfood Beetroot Hummus
INGREDIENTS
- 400 grams chickpeas (tin, drained)
- 3 cloves garlic (crushed or chopped)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 90ml olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp NOW Sports Beetroot Powder
METHOD
- Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth. If hummus is too thick, add more olive oil to the mix.
- Enjoy with carrots, celery or crackers.
