Superfood Beetroot Hummus



INGREDIENTS

  • 400 grams chickpeas (tin, drained)
  • 3 cloves garlic (crushed or chopped)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 90ml olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp NOW Sports Beetroot Powder

METHOD

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth. If hummus is too thick, add more olive oil to the mix.
  2. Enjoy with carrots, celery or crackers.
