I have just started taking the Berberine yesterday I had been in hospital. Reading about
it inspired me to purchase and give it a go.
I first started drinking Clinicians VC High Dose in August 2025. Its my first go-to drink every morning. I fill my 480ml bottle with filtered warm water and a tsp of the VC. Sometimes I may have another after dinner at night but most times just once first thing in morning. I found it really boosted my immunity and is very delcious tasting. I was doing this since August 2025 but ran out just recently in May 2026 and so was without for 4 weeks. I got sick with the flu which lasted 1 whole week. After I recovered I went straight to the Chemist Warehouse and purchased another large jar of VC as I realise if I stop for too long I probably going to get the cold/fly especially druing winter months. I find it great since I dont eat the recommended 5+ veges a day. Highly recommended product as has no sugars or artificial ingredients unlike other VC products on the market.
I use this every morning in a smoothie - fills me up until lunchtime instead of looking for snacks about 11am. Very easy to use and the Smooth Vanilla is lovely with a variety of different fruit.
When I wake in the middle of the of the night with my feet feeling like I’m walking on broken glass I take 2 of these and within 30 mins the irritation is gone
