Supports the body’s natural healing response to bruising, strains & sprains of tissue and muscles after injury or surgery. Supports recovery after sport. Boost recovery, with Weleda Arnica Cream for external use.

To use, Arnica Cream, Adults/Children: Gently massage a small amount into the affected area, three to four times daily in the acute stage and twice daily as the condition improves, or as directed by your health professional. For external use only. Do not apply to broken skin.

Arnica 6x Oral Spray, Adults/Children: In acute cases take 2 sprays every 15 minutes. After 6 doses take every hour. Reduce the number of doses, as relief is obtained, to 3 times daily at least 15 minutes before meals, or as directed by your health professional.
