While you can take this tonic mixed into warm water, take this straight for best results and to feel that clearing feeling.

This is an original Malcolm Harker tonic. Malcolm recommended:

  • taking this tonic straight, or added to 50ml of boiled water as a tea avoiding mucus forming foods such as gluten, egg-white, chocolate, dairy, polyunsaturated oils and regular table salt
  • adopting gluten-free grain foods, whole foods (greens, fruits nuts, seeds), unprocessed coconut oil and Celtic & NZ Sea Salt with Kelp

With all his tonics, Malcolm also recommended using Intestinal Cleanse for 1-2 weeks to reduce parasite populations. By reducing the load on the body of parasites, the body is able to use nutrients from food and the active ingredients in his tonics more efficiently.

  • Adults over 12 years: take 5-10 mls four to six times daily.

    Shake well before use. Swill in mouth for 10 seconds before swallowing if possible.

    Children 12 years and under may take Harker Herbals Children’s Deep Lung Support and Children's Chest Soothe Night.

    Iodine 0.21 mcg

    Essential oils:
    Rosemary, Juniper Berry, Clove Bud, Pine Bark, Cedarwood, Lemon, Peppermint and Eucalyptus 0.0021 ml each.

    In a base of: Vegetable Glycerine, Irish Moss, Jojoba Oil, Celtic Sea Salt, Citric Acid and Water.
