Can I take MenoCalm with other products?

Yes absolutely - MenoCalm is safe to take alongside any products in our BePure range, just be aware that it provides Ashwagandha and other supplements may need to be investigated. If in doubt please contact your healthcare professional.
Is MenoCalm allergy-friendly?

MenoCalm is free from gluten, dairy, soy, and corn however it does contain ashwagandha which is part of the nightshade family. If you have a known night-shade allergy, this product will not be suitable.
Is MenoCalm suitable for vegans?

Yes! MenoCalm is vegan and vegetarian-friendly.
Can I take MenoCalm if I have current or a history of breast cancer?

If you currently have cancer and are receiving active treatment, it is not advisable to take MenoCalm and you should speak with your oncology team about any supplementation. If you have a history of oestrogen positive breast cancer, we would not recommend MenoCalm due to the oestrogenic effects of some ingredients.

Can I take MenoCalm with my medication?

If you are taking any prescribed medications, particularly blood-thinning medication such as warfarin, or if you anticipate surgery, please consult with your healthcare professional before taking MenoCalm.
