  • 2 capsules as needed, after food for gas and gastrointestinal discomfort. Repeat after two hours if discomfort persists

  • Each capsule contains,  Pure virgin, activated charcoal 260mg  

  • Not to be taken continuously or long-term.  Do not take concomitantly with medications (including the contraceptive pill) or nutritional supplements as activated charcoal can reduce their absorption. Activated charcoal should not be given to people with an obstruction of the intestines or if the person has swallowed a corrosive agent, such as a strong acid or alkali.  Always ask your product supplier or health professional if there are any specific precautions regarding your use of this or any supplement.
