  • Use 4–8 drops in vaporiser or diffuser, add a few drops to a tissue nearby, or blend 6 drops into 10ml almond oil for massage or body oil.

  • A blend of:

    Lavender, Orange, Patchouli, Ylang Ylang, Cedarwood, Jojoba and Jasmine essential oils.

  • Avoid topically in pregnancy.

    Do not use immediately before exposure to sun.
