• Directions for Use

  Take 1-2 serves daily, ideally prior to training. Add 1 serve to 250mL of cold water, stir until mixed and consume

  Caffeine intake more than 200mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
  
  The recommended daily dose of this medicine contains 208 mg of Sodium.
  
  Contains caffeine 2 mg/g, total caffeine 36mg per daily dose. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80mg of caffeine.
  
  In rare cases, Camellia sinensis may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes, or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching.
