Weleda’s Organic Cough Elixir is a soothing expectorant for the relief of wet and dry coughs, without acting as a suppressant. The ingredients marshmallow, aniseed and sundew act to soothe irritated mucous membranes, relieving tickly coughs; plantain and horehound work as expectorants to break up and eliminate mucus assisting chesty coughs. Suitable for under 12s.

  • Take one 5ml teaspoon (child) or two 5ml teaspoons (adult) in warm water up to every two to three hours, or as directed by your health care professional. Reduce the frequency of doses and then stop taking the remedy as relief is obtained. Seek professional advice before giving any medicine for coughs to children under 2 years. If coughing persists, consult your health care professional.
