Matakana Allulose Powder is a naturally occurring, rare sugar with amazing properties. It tastes and looks similar to regular table sugar and is found in small quantities in various fruits.
Unlike other fruit sugars, allulose is low in calories (101 x lower than regular table sugar!) containing approximately 1.67kj/g compared to 170kj/g for regular table sugar.
