I have used this cream for years. Initially when breast feeding and later whenever we got an insect bite (bee, mozzie or other) it took the stinging/itchy feeling away really quickly (less than 1 minute), great when you have a screaming child. Now using it on dry spots (mostly on my face), I put it one once a day. It did take over a month for my facial dry spots to calm down, I do still get the occasional flair up when the areas become dry again, but only lasts for (maybe) 2 days.
