I have a very sensitive tummy and I really rate this product. I feel like it lines and heals my digestive system and then lays a base to protect it going forward. I use this on an annual basis to keep my whole tummy troubles at bay.
So easy to mix up and use, to settle a painful gut. Disappointed that the price increased so much but will still purchase it.
This product is obviously great for some but the taste and texture is so awful - I feel like I'm drinking poly filler - I need some tips as it was expensive and I want to get through it. I also find it takes up one whole meal because it is so filling the way it expands - I love my food, so it is disappointing to have an unpleasant meal! I have mixed it with with banana, pineapple and coconut milk and other fruit combos trying to disguise, but it all just expands to a massive foamy tasteless mass - it's like it steals the flavour of the other fruits and becomes nothing. any tips would be greatly appreciated as I do need the repair!
