Uric acid is a waste product of purine metabolism and is dissolved in the blood and is normally excreted through the kidneys into the urine. The levels of uric salts are at their highest in the morning so by taking Halls Anti-Uric Salts before breakfast, they are flushed out of the system before food intake.
You should also drink plenty of water; preferably 10 to 12 glasses a day, in order to help reduce and remove uric acid from the body.
