Accounts Assistant: Hamilton Airport, Rukuhia. 

Reporting to the Senior Management Accountant, you will be responsible for a variety of financial processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cashbook, and assisting with the preparation of the monthly accounts and annual reports.  

This role also provides support in the following areas:

 - Assisting with the implementation and testing of new systems if any, and processes relevant to the accounting team.
 - Ensure sound systems and accounting processes are in place and are adequately monitored to track. 
 - Assisting with audit and internal and/or external reviews
 - Opening Support Office mail and dispersing it to the team

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have: 

 - Previous experience in an account processing role 
 - A great eye for detail, the ability to complete tasks to set timeframes and tolerate interruptions
 - An ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel  
 - The ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team

We currently have part-time positions of up to 30 hours per week for Natural Health Sales Consultants in our Hawkes Bay Stores. There are current positions available in Napier, Taradale, and Hastings. Working hours will be rostered between Monday and Sunday (most positions do not include Sunday work). Additional hours may be available to cover from time to time. You must be able to travel to stores and feel confident opening and closing the store, as some shifts may be sole charge shifts.

We currently have part-time position of up to 16 hours per fortnight for Sales Assitant in our Health 2000 Kerikeri Store. Additional hours may be available further into the future.
