Promotions Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Online Promotions:

1. Promotion Period: Unless otherwise specified, promotions run from the beginning to the end of each month or on a bi-monthly basis.
2. Price Promotions: Price promotions, whether in the form of a dollar or percentage discount, are subject to Swedish rounding.
3. Free Gifts: Free gifts are available while supplies last. They cannot be substituted with other products or exchanged for cash.
4. Declining Free Gifts: Customers who do not wish to receive a free gift forfeit their entitlement, and Health 2000 is not obligated to provide a replacement or cash equivalent.
5. Samples: Samples are provided as such and are not full-size products. They are non-refundable and non-replaceable. If a sample is missing from an order, Health 2000 is not obligated to issue a refund or replacement.
6. Limited Stock: Free gift promotions are valid only while stocks last.
7. Discount Promotions: In promotions offering discounts based on an agreed cart quantity, the discount will apply to the item of lesser or equal value, unless stated otherwise. For instance, in a "Buy 3 and Get 1 Free" promotion, the 100% discount will be applied to the lowest or equally priced item.
8. Securing Discounted Items: To avail themselves of discount items/products in "Buy X and Get 1 Free" promotions, customers must add the specified number of items to their cart. For example, if the promotion requires "Buy 2 and Get the 3rd Free," customers must add three promotional products to their cart.
