Three prize packs will be awarded, one for a winner in each age group (0-5 years, 5-12 years, 12+ years).

Terms & conditions: Entries close 11:59pm on 31st January 2022. Winners will be selected by the Health 2000 Support Office. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition will be final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. Health 2000 will not pass on your personal details to any third party. Personal details are only used for the identification of winners. The prize cannot be exchanged something else of equal value. Open to New Zealand residents only.
