
Sore joints or muscles can leave you feeling tired, frustrated and restless. A good solution is to add some essential oils to help relieve your aches and pains. The following essential oils have been formulated to comfort and soothe areas of pain when massaged onto the affected area. To get the most out of the oil, apply a hot pad to the area after you've massaged the oil into your skin. The heat and moisture will help to drive the oil in.
Instructions
Combine:
Five drops of Dolphin Clinic essential oils – rosemary, clove bud, ginger, lavender, wintergreen, chamomile, juniper berry or clary sage
10ml almond or arnica oil.
Massage onto the affected area once or twice daily.
If pregnant or breastfeeding, seek medical advice before application.
